Responsibilities Host live shopping streams on TikTok, typically 2–4 hours per session Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, persuasive way Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions and responding to comments Hit sales and engagement targets during live sessions Collaborate with the content team on scripts, promotions, and campaign themes Maintain an on-brand appearance and tone consistent with company guidelines Monitor live analytics and adjust presentation style to boost retention and conversions Requirements Prior experience in livestreaming, hosting, sales, or on-camera presenting preferred Strong verbal communication skills and a charismatic, outgoing personality Comfortable speaking for extended periods on camera Basic understanding of TikTok Shop / livestream e-commerce a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed Reliable internet connection and quiet, well-lit space for streaming (or ability to work from studio) Previous experience with QVC-style selling or affiliate marketing Familiarity with TikTok analytics dashboard
